Leuven University Press recently published the edited volume Militant jihadism: today and tomorrow. I added a chapter in which I’m making a projection about the modus operandi of jihadist terrorists in Europe in the coming years. Be sure to check it out, as well as the other contributions. It’s a really interesting collection and it’s available for free here.
Also, we’re weeks away from the release of the Routledge International Handbook of Perpetrator Studies, for which I contributed a chapter about the relation between perpetrator characteristics and IED use in jihadist terrorism in the West. This book too, is a very rich and interesting collection, addressing topics ranging from Nazi Germany to the arts and from terrorism to climate change. More information about the book is available here.
